Attention

• Designated Location in Hong Kong, usually ships within 10 to 20 business days
• Pick up at HKLLC Centre – HKLLC Centre will notify you via email or WhatsApp when your order ready for pickup.
• Please go to the selected location to pick up the books/Items within 1 month after receiving the notification.
• If you do not pick up the books within this period [1 month], the books/ items will be automatically treated as abandoned. No claim for refund or replacement will be entertained.

Return & Refund

You can only exchange books purchased with:

• Printing or Binding Errors
• Missing Pages
• Skipped Pages
• Pages Bound Upside Down

We only refund when:

• Item purchased is out of stock after your purchase, and you are not willing to wait.
• The order received is not the one you picked on our website.

Please note that we will not exchange or refund on the following cases:

• Wrong purchase. Customer must ensure that you purchase is what you are looking for before checkout.
• Used / have any marking(s) on the item.
• Item which are not purchased from us.
• Usable to present our official receipt / cash memo / order confirmation letter.
